OASIS, the BHI Assessment platform prior to 2012, which IBM Kenexa has been internally supporting since the internet cloud application service was retired in late 2012, will be permanently shut down on January 16 2015. We are doing this due to data security requirements.
Following January 16 2015, all customer data will be removed from our IT systems. This will be completed in a manner that ensures that the data is permanently deleted, and will not be retrievable, as required by our security guidelines.
After January 16 2015, we will no longer be able to provide historical candidate Assessment reports.
If you wish IBM to retrieve your historical Assessment data before the OASIS system is shut down and your data permanently deleted, please contact your Client Relationship Manager or our Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Data extraction requests will be honored on or before January 9 2015, to give our IT department time to extract your data and prepare either a DVD for shipping or a file for emailing.
Due to the expected volume of requests, data extracts may not arrive till the end of January or at the latest mid February 2015.
To protect the confidentiality of your data, it will be encrypted requiring a supplied security key/password and a internet open source downloadable software application to decrypt your historical data - instructions will be provided.
